I built Stays around my own Airbnb in Accra. Everything I offer here comes from systems I use myself, tested through the realities of running a property remotely and keeping the guest experience running smoothly.

WHAT STAYS OFFER
The Remote Cohost
The Remote Cohost is for properties that already have their own on-ground staff. I handle everything remotely: guest messaging, your calendar, admin, and coordination, so you don't need me on-site.
The Complete Stay
The Complete Stay is for properties that need a full co-host, not just remote support. I manage guest communication, your listing and content, turnover coordination, and your reviews. This is the fuller, hands-on package.
The Stay's Digital Essentials
The Stay's Digital Essentials is a one-time purchase: tools and trackers with built-in formulas that alert you automatically, on things like maintenance schedules and supplies running low. I've also included my own list of vetted artisans and vendors, tried and tested, for hosts in Accra and Lagos.
