Who
I'm Rho.
I started my career as an Office Manager, then trained as an Executive Assistant, going on to support multi-million dollar companies from Series A through to pre-IPO.
After losing my job in 2022, I formally launched what became RAVA (Rhoda Abbey Virtual Assistant). What began as one placement grew into an agency, and from there into Uzo Shia, a group built on the same philosophy across everything I do: Systems, Quality, Communication, and always trying harder.
With these pillars, I believe life and work entwine enjoyably, and we all succeed.I split my time across Lagos, Accra, and London, and every business under Uzo Shia carries the same standard, wherever I am.
