What is RAVA Room?
RAVA has been quietly building a community of working VAs. It's been closed off until now. Each person in this room has a unique story still unfolding. None of us have arrived. We're on our way.
RAVA Room is a six-week retention and consistency programme for VAs who are new to the space, or about to enter it. Not how to get the gig. How to keep it.
The world says West African talent isn't ready. I've spent years proving that wrong, one placement at a time. This programme is for the ones who are ready but haven't been given the room to show it.
